Policies

SHIPPING POLICY: 

All orders are shipped within 3 - 7 BUSINESS days via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.  A Tracking Number will be provided when the item is shipped.  Customers can track their shipments at www.usps.com.

 

LOST SHIPMENT POLICY: 

The Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping  address at time of purchase. The Buyer assumes all package location responsibilities after the package has been marked delivered.

 

RETURN POLICY:

Custom Orders - No exchanges or returns accepted.

Stock Items - Exchanges only within 7 days of receipt of order

If you need to exchange an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Exchange Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the exchanged item.

As the customer, you are 100% responsible for choosing the correct size and color.  Should the order contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will gladly make any necessary repairs/changes.  We maintain the right to judge a manufacturing error/defect.

True Blu Designs is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. However, we may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers that may interest you.
